For carriers & recruiters
CDL-A drivers who already told us what they want.
Every CDL Lane driver answers the questions your recruiters ask on the first call — freight, route type, experience, endorsements, location, start date — and gives consent to be contacted before we send them to you.
What a lead looks like
No scraped résumés and no "interested in trucking" clicks. A lead is a driver who finished our 8-step match form or our pay calculator and asked to be contacted. This is the exact shape of what you receive:

How it works
Why these drivers pick up the phone
- They asked to be matched. Every lead comes from a driver who filled out a form on our site — we don't buy or resell lists.
- They know the pay math. Our free pay calculator shows drivers honest numbers by freight, route and state, so they come to you with realistic expectations — not billboard figures.
- Consent is on file. The driver checks an unchecked box agreeing that CDL Lane and its trucking company and recruiting partners may call, text and email them about driving jobs. You get the date and time it was given. See our privacy policy.
- Not a mass blast. A driver goes only to carriers whose freight, route type and hiring area match what they asked for.
Pilot: your first 5 leads are free
We're onboarding a small number of carriers so every driver gets a real match. Try us with 5 free leads in your hiring area — no contract, no card. If they're not better than what you get today, you walk away. If they are, we agree a simple per-lead price for the drivers who fit your criteria.
Questions carriers ask
Are leads shared with other carriers?
We only send a driver to carriers whose freight, route type and hiring area match what the driver asked for — never to a mass list. During the pilot we tell you up front whether a lead is exclusive to you or shared with at most two other matching carriers.
Where do the drivers come from?
From cdllane.com: our city and freight job pages, driver pay guides and the pay calculator. Drivers find us searching for pay and jobs in their area — then ask to be matched.
Who runs CDL Lane?
CDL Lane was started by a former CDL-A driver with 5 years on the road. Read our story. We're independent — not owned by any carrier.
